Dear Ms. Moro:
I have visited the above referenced site and have found that no trees of any size exist
within the boundaries of the Jack In The Box Lot on Vista Ridge near Denton Tap. The
entire southeast corner of Denton Tap and \"ista Ridge appears to have only one tree on
the site which is very close to the curb of Denton Tap. That specific tree may land in the
area outside the Jack In The Box lot that is to be done by the developer shown on the
landscape plan as by others.
