Following is a revised sketch of the proposed suction header tap for Pump No. 6. The layout we
provided last week did not work according tO_North Texas Municipal Construction due to conflicts
with.the recently relocated electric service duet bank. Thi.s. revised layout is essentially the same
with the tap being shifted west instead of east.
lfthe new .tap location meets with your approval, we will forward this to the contractor as a
field change.
