Dear Mr. Hooton:
This letter is in response to a request concerning the availability of utilities to the above referenced
property. The facilities are located as follows:
Water - There is currently a 12" water line in the south right-of-way of Belt Line Road that extends
from MacArthur Blvd. east across this property to approximately 100 feet east of Ledbetter Road.
Sanitary Sewer - There is a 33" Trinity River Authority (TRA) sewer line on the north side of
the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) right-of-way which is north of Belt Line Road. Also, a
12" sanitary sewer has been extended south beneath Belt Line. This line then accepts
wastewater from a line located along the front of this property in the south right-of-way of Belt
Line Road.
Storm Drainage - There is a storm sewer system in Belt Line Road that is designed to handle a
portion of the drainage from this development. The majority of the drainage should be
discharged to Grapevine Creek or the existing drainage channel consistent to the natural
drainage patterns.
As always, in the development of your property the engineer should determine whether the utilities
available to this site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are
necessary for fire protection. If you have any questions, or we can be of further service, please do not

I talked to Mike Marlin about obtaining a leller confirming utility accessibility to our sit~ (Gunner
Subdivision, south side of Beltline Road) which is a~jacent to the Phase I apamnents thai we have
recently completed (St. Matin Apmnments). I have attached thc letter we received tbr Phase I at Mike's
suggestion so thal getting an u~ated letter will be as easy as possible. We need the exact same letter,
essantlally, with any revisions ar updates you might need to put. If I could get that t?om you at your
