Gunner Additon Phase II
Dear Michael:
Please find enclosed our grading plan for Phase II. We are currently completing our plans on storm
sewer, water and sanitary sewer and should be complete in two weeks.
Ewing Construction would like to begin rough grading and lime injection. This process will take
about five to six weeks. We should have our plans approved by then.
