Listed below are comments on the above mentioned set of construction plans from
Public Works staff.
Water Utilities (Howard Pafford)
1. On the water and sewer plan, the fire hydrants on the private line will
have storz fire hydrant nozzles as required.
2. Also the 2" service in the front that will be split into 2-3/4" services,
should be detailed. Show meters & service lines.
Developmental Inspections (Steven Morton)
1. On their drainage area map it shows the site sheet is flowing.31.28 @ Q!00
straight off their east property line onto the adjacent property o%mers
].and. They should submit a provision to drain letter adjacent property
owners.
