STAFF ANALYSIS
Several variances are being requested for this subdivision; they are as
follows:
VARIANCE 51: Waiver of requirement of a full flow meter.
STAFF COMMENTS: The Public Works Department will be present at the
meeting to discuss this issue.
VARIANCE ~2: Assessment for water and sewer fees be limited to
office area.
STAFF COMMENTS: The Subdivision Ordinance requires that the fees for
the water and sewer availability be calculated by
the square footage of the entire building.
VARIANCE t3: Request that requirement for landscaping be
determined at the time of Building Permit.
STAFF COHMENTS: Staff has no objection to this request.
VARIANCE t4: Request Water and Sewer Availability Fee be assessed
(100%) at the time of Building Permit.
STAFF COMMENTS: No Comment. Subdivision Ordinance requires 50% due
prior to final plat, and 50% at the time of Building
Permit.
VARIANCE t5: Dedication of an addition 5 feet Right-of-Way width.
