Submittal for a Conditional Letter of Map Revision based on
Fill (CLOMR-F) To the Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA) for a 10 Acre and 48 Acre Tract South of Sandy Lake
Road and West of MacArthur Blvd. in the City of Coppell,
Texas.
Gentlemen:
It is our understanding that Ron Morrison of Morrison Hydrology
Engineering, Inc. has forwarded two (2) copies of his report on the
above-referenced property. Mr. Morrison has advised us that the
City requires review fees totaling $4,500 to cover the cost of the
review of the Conditional Letter of Map Revision that will
eventually go to FEMA ($2,000), the review of the Corridor
Development Certificate ($1,000), and the Corridor Development
Certificate by the Corps of Engineers ($1,500).
Accordingly, our check in the amount of $4,500 made payable to the
City of Coppell is enclosed to cover these review fees.
Please let me know if there is anything else we need to do to
expedite this process.
