Attached herewith are two (2) sets of construction plans for the referenced project. The plans have been
revised in accordance with your comments dated November 1, 1994. The comments have been
addressed as follows:
(1) R.O.W. must be dedicated for the deceleration lane - As agreed upon with the City of Coppell,
we are showing a 5' right-of-way dedication and a 5' street easement.
(2) Show the location of brick pavers on the paving plans - Revised as requested.
(3) Use the City construction standards - Revised as requested.
(4) The Riverchase Golf Course must be contacted before the installation of storm sewers across the
golf course - Revised as requested.
(5) Provide erosion control at the outfall of storm sewer line C-1 - Revised as requested.
(6) The existing sanitary sewer force main must be concrete encased where storm sewer line B-1
crosses over (sheet 14) - Revised as requested.
(7) City approved 8" double check valves shall be provided. Also, make changes to water and
sanitary sewer notes as indicated (sheet 15 & 16) - Revised as requested.
(8) Drive approaches onto MacArthur Blvd. shall have a minimum radius of 30' - Revised as
requested.

(9) Make addition to general grading and drainage notes as indicated on sheet 7 - Revised as
requested.
(10) Make correction to notes on sheet 7 as indicated - Revised as requested.
(11) Show water line and sanitary sewer crossings on all storm sewer profiles. Concrete encase all
crossings which are within 24 inches - Water line and sanitary sewer crossings are shown on the
storm sewer profiles. Concrete encasement of crossings within 24 inches are shown on the
sanitary sewer profiles.
