1. Need pad around valve stack to vault across street.
2. In vault need ball valve plugs or cups lnrge & small.
3. Seal inside vault at seam.
4. Need 2 rain pans for matthole~.
$. Mark on curb (WAD) in red.
6. Blue marker in street for fire hydrant,
7. lrwe line valve cap paint red to bttilding.
8. Mark (FI.V) on curb in red.
9. Need to work FLV to building off at time of walk. thru for work in building at time
need to check valve.
10. 2" DC needs plugs or caps on bail valves.
11. In vault need blocking under valves.
