Construction Plans
Dear Ms. Allen:
The City of Coppe!l has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. R.O.W. must be dedicated for the deceleration lane.
2. Show the location of brick pavers on the paving plans.
3. Use the City construction standards.
4. The Riverchase Golf Course must be contacted before the installation of storm sewers
across the golf course.
5. Provide erosion control at the outfall of storm sewer line C-1.
6. The existing sanitary sewer force main must be concrete encased where storm sewer line
B-1 crosses over (sheet 14).
7. City approved 8" double check valves shall be provided. Also, make changes to water
and sanitary sewer notes as indicated (sheet 15 & 16).
8. Drive approaches onto MacArthur Blvd. shall have a minimum radius of 30'.
9. Make addition to general grading and drainage notes as indicated on sheet 7.
10. Make correction to notes on sheet 7 as indicated.
11. Show water line and sanitary sewer crossings on all storm sewer profiles. Concrete
encase all crossings which are within 24 inches.
There are various other minor commems throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
