Final Plat Commems:
1. Prior to approval of this final plat, the off-site drainage easements should be acquired
and recorded with the County so that the volume and page number can be shown on
the final plat.
2. Five feet of right-of-way and an adjacent five foot easement should be dedicated for the
deceleration lane.
