Final Plat Comments:
1. Prior to approval of this final plat, the off-site drainage easements should be acquired
and recorded with the County so that the volume and page number can be shown on
the final plat.
2. The deceleration lane should be dedicated as right-of-way, not as an easement.
Landscape Plan Comments:
1. Any trees at the entrance onto MacArthur Blvd. should relocated out of the visibility
triangles. Please refer to the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance for the proper
sight visibility requirements.
