We are requesting a Conditional Letter of Map Revision Based on Fill (CLOMR-F) from the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the above referenced site. Enclosed herewith are two (2)
copies of the required FEMA Application/Certification Forms and additional support materials. We
respectfully submit this information to the City of Coppell for review and approval and forwarding on
to FEMA.
