Upon City approval of the preliminary plat and as we proceed with preparing detailed engineering plans, we will continue to coordinate this aspect of the project with TU Electric to gain their acceptance. TU Electric will not COmmit to your proposal without first reviewing your storm draiuage construction plans to dctctmjne how the right of way will be affected from an engineering and operations standpoint and to determine if any additional stipulations will be necessary.
