Dear Mr. Griffin:
Based on TU Electric's initial review of our preliminary storm drainage plan for the referenced project,
enclosed herewith is a letter from Jerry Rider demonstrating their willingness to continue to consider our
proposal to discharge storm drainage onto their right-of-way. Upon City approval of the preliminary plat
and as we proceed with preparing detailed engineering plans, we will continue to coordinate this aspect
of the project with TU Electric to gain their acceptance.

Dear Mr Clark:
TU Electric agrees to review your proposal to permit storm drainage from the 21.02 acre
site located east of MacArthur Blvd. and approwimately 400 feet north of Riverchase Drive
to outlet onto our right of way located to me northwest of the site. TU Electric will not
COmmit to your proposal without first reviewing your storm draiuage construction plans to
dctctmjne how the right of way will be affected from an engineering and operations
standpoint and to determine if any additional stipulations will be necessary. All requested
activities on TU right of wa3' ar~ reviewed, in this manner, to assure the integrity of the
right of way will be maintained for both current and future use as well as ensure the safety
of the public,
