On May 5, 2000 you executed Change Order #1 to the referenced project that will add
protected left turns for East and West bound traffic. As of the above date, this work has not
begun. It is our desire to have this work completed and functioning prior to the beginning of
the school year which is August 21, 2000.
I tried unsuccessfully to contact Mr. Laskey regarding this matter. Finally, after calling your
office, I was informed that Mr. Laskey is on vacation. So, I am asking your assistance in
completing this project.
I will fax this correspondence to you as soon as it is ready and I will call you later to check on
the status. Thanks so much for your help.
