A brief roof inspection was performed on the recently applied single ply
roof. The following items were found to be in need of completion or
repair.
(1) Patches required on some seams and scuppers locations.
(2) Lap sealant to be applied on several flashing laps and boot laps.
(3) Two air conditioning condensation lines were installed through the new
roof and will require flashing.
