REPORT OF TESTS
On this date, Maxim technician performed a brief roof inspection. The
roofing crew was not onsite this date due to rain. Approximately 300
squares of roof insulation and EPDM membrane was applied on 9/23/95. The
roof application appeared to be applied as specified.
Roger O'Brien's superintendent was informed of the fact that water cutoffs
were not installed at the end of the days work, to prevent moisture from
traveling the metal decking under the new roof. CEI roofing was made aware
of this condition and said they would install water cutoffs during
future applications.

REPORT OF TESTS
On this date, Maxim technician performed a brief roof inspection. The
roofing crew was onsite, applying lap sealant along the EPDM laps.
Approximately 150 squares of roof insulation and EPDM membrane was applied
on the west half of building from the center expansion joint to
approximately 80' south.
The roof application on this date appeared to be in accordance with
manufacturers specifications. A small area of the membrane and insulation
was removed at a penetration location on the southwest corner and the metal
deck and insulation were inspected for moisture. No moisture was found
at this location. Roofers began using foam spray at the end of the day's
work to prevent water migration along the metal decking.
