Power Pole relocation invoice
As part of the Town Center B!vd./Denton Tap Road Traffic Signal Project ~ST97-04TR an
existing TXU power pole had to be relocated. The City was informed by TXU that the
relocation of the power pole was not covered under the franchise agreement with the City of
Coppel!. Therefore, TXU is billing the City for the cost of the relocation of the power pole.
Attached is the invoice for the power pole relocation to .be charged to the Town Center
Blvd./Denton Tap Road Traffic Signal Project ST 97-04TR.
