* Joist seat welding; A to H and 1 to 5, all determined to be compliant
with exception on line H-1 to H-5, not welded at .this time.
Joist girder seat welding to column cap plates; A to H and 1 to 5, all
determined to be compliant.
* Joist bridging; A to H and i to 5, all determined to be compliant with
exception on line A-1 to H-l, not attached to end wall (south) as
detailed.

Metal decking installation; A to D and i to 3.4, all screw attachments
to supports and side laps were determined to be compliant.

Anchor bolts, numerous loose nuts and missing flat washers.
Joist seat welds are found to be incomplete at girder due to improper
weld length. (Detail S3.1/02 and 03)
Joist and girder seat welds are found to be incomplete at wall panel
angle due to improper weld length. (Detail S3.1/06 and 07)
Girder seat to column cap plate welds are not welded at this time,
(Erection bolts are installed). (Detail S3.1/01)
Joist seat support angle at wall panel embed plate weldments are not
properly welded as detailed. (Detail S3.1/07)
Initial start of metal decking installation, the erector is performing
the screw attachments. We did find numerous screw which did not
maintain the full depth penetration at deck to joist support.
