REs Final Walk Thru Punch List for the Completion

Field personnel have performed a final walk thru on the above
reference project and below you will find that I have listed the
items that were found to be deficient.
Location Description
1. Denton Tap Road Need Blue Fire Hydrant Button on
East of Fire Hydrant Pavement
2. Fire Hydrant Installation Need to Set Valve Stack and Paint
Cap "RED"
3. Grease Trap Clean Concrete from Around the
Access Lids, so that they are
accessible
Please make sure these items are addressed prior to final
acceptance of this project.
