Re~ As-Built Conditions
Dear Russell:
The attached drawings have been modified to conform to construction records. The field changes are
reflected on these drawings.
All pavement was installed according to the City approved plans within a tolerance of _+0.20 feet. In
addition these plans were developed according to the approved preliminary grading and drainage plan
for the proposed Sandy Lake Shopping Center. Mr. Ardinger at the time of construction of
construction of said shopping center will be adding a storm sewer system to alleviate all drainage
problems. Our design was to adhere to the proposed shopping center plans to as not to create future
problems. All of this was a result of the D.R.C. meetings with the City Staff and Ginn, Inc. If you
