Dear Mr. Doyle:
Foll~ing our te~phone conversation with Benjamin Delacruz of your office in regards to the revi~ of
the engineering d~igns f~ the proposed Kentucky Fried Chicken res~urant on Denton Tap Road, we
have the foll~ing response:
Utility Plan (Sheet 5):
Mr. Delacruz had asked that we state on the drawings that the 15-foot wide sanitary sewer easement is
to be maintained by the owner. Attached are six (6) prints of Sheet 5 with said note added.
Grading Plan (Sheet 7):
Mr. Delacruz requested details be included for the proposed grate inlet. Shown on this sheet are those
details needed to rebuild the Inlet.
Note that the comments from Mr. Ginn made no mention of a problem with this design.
In addition, Mr. Deiacruz had requested that a title sheet be included with the engineering drawings.
~v/~,~.~_hhereas these drawings are to be only a portion of the building plans for this project, therefore, no title
eet was developed. Also, no requirement for a title sheet was made during the Development Review
[~jql' ~ /Committee meetings on the letter from Ginn, Inc.. At this time, our client does not wish to pay for the
production of a title sheet for just the engineering drawings alone.
We believe that all other revisio~..j~d additions requested by the City have been made to the
~ ~awings.
//^ /~. /Y~lso, please be advised that, since the project is already under construction, we do need to expedite
~'/ii ) ~Z- J ~is approval process as much as possible. The original review of our engineering designs was made
back on April 13, 1989.
