1. First hydrant on Northwest corner of building does not have ear on it.
2. No marking in red for fire hydrant on curb.
Vault needs caps and plu~s.
4. Need lock hinges on top of vault.
5. Need a backflow test on DC in vault.
6. Storm drains need clenning.
7. Need to grout th-ain~ going into storm drain.
