1. F~t £we hydrant needs to be valsed to a minimum of 18' from ground; rotate head of
fire hydrant towards street.
2. Ear~ off fwe hydrant.
3, Cut off valve is covered, bring up to grade and pad.
4. Marking in red for £we hydrant valve on curb.
$. Blue marker in street for fire hydrant.
6. Repaint fire hydrant red.
~vand l'we hydrant the same as first.
8. Vault needs to be pumped. Need ball valve~, caps and plugs.
9, Need lock hinges on top.
10. Turn on bypass in vault.
11. Sewer manhole on the South side of building needs to be cleaned of dirt, reaDgned at
tOp. Need ti rain ~ alld chimney
Ail valves need extensions to brin~ them 4' to the top (if needed).
13. Need a backflow test on DC in vault.
14. Third f'we hydrant repaint red, pad on valve, blue button in street.
