Dear Mr. Griffin:
Lone Star Pipeline Co. has reviewed the plans for the proposed improvements within the
pipeline easement located to the north of the First United Methodist Church of Coppell and
has no objections to the berm or the concrete flume through the berm. The only
requirement is that the company be notified at least forty-eight hours prior to the beginning
of any work within the easement.
