Dear Mr. Martin,
In our telephone conversation on 9/2/98, you stated that the drainage retention revisions you
requested, on the northeast comer of our site, must be reviewed and approved by Lone Star Gas.
In response to your request, Dowdy Anderson contacted Mr. Wes Judd with Lone Star Gas and sent
him drawings for his approval. I also contacted Mr. Judd on 9/11/98. Mr. Judd stated that he had
received and reviewed the drawings. He has approved the placement of the berm, and is expecting
additional information from Dowdy Anderson on the location of the concrete flume.
When Mr. Judd has had the opportunity to review the flume, we will notify you in writing of his
approval or concerns.
