I have reviewed the coefficient of runoff "C" factor for this parking lot application. The slope of'
the site is approximately 1%. The proposed surface is to be sodded. Based on this criteria and
the fact that this material absorbs moisture. I am comfortable recommending a "C" factor of
0.30-0.40. The construction plans reflect a "C" factor of 0.35.
