Show the radius of the proposed driveways. 2. Provide information to support the proposed C-factor for drainage of 0.35. 3. Need to have the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), or the appropriate federal agency to determine if the existing pond located at the northeast comer of the property is considered a wetlands. 4. Provide a detail for the proposed swales located at the northeast comer and on the east side of the property. 5. Make sure the proposed berms fall outside the site visibility triangles. 6. Hoxv are the fire lanes and parking stalls going to be striped? 7. Are you going to need any water meters to irrigate the proposed landscaping? 8. Provide information on how the grass driving surface will be watered. 9. Provide the drainage calculation table showing the acreage and proposed flow for Drainage Areas 1, 2,3, and4. 10. Are you proposing to put in the A.D.A. ramp on Heartz Road so that you can access from the west side of the road to the east side of the road? There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
