I appreciate the time that you have taken to consider a new product which can be utilized for the
surface of parking lots, specifically the above referenced site.
Texas Industries, (TXI) has proposed to the church the construction of approximately 2.0 acres of
product which is a test section ora base material with fines.
Attached is technical info~ation regarding the product. Robe~ Maly, P.E., Maly & Associates,
Inc. is the engineer that is preparing the data for TXI. Mr. Maly's telephone number is 903-663-
6661. The church would like to install approximately one-rough (IA) of the two acres at the
northeast corner of the existing church site and the balance west of Hertz Road. The church
would like to test the product fbr one year from installation. At the end of one year. if the
product is not adequate, then the church will replace the mmerial with City approved material
within six (6) months thereafter.
Our firm is cu~ently designing the parking lot. I am requesting your review and hopefully
acceptance of this agreement as soon as possible so that the material can be installed this fall.
