Dear Mr. Griffin:
I am writing on behalf of the Lakes of Coppell Owners Association. Both the Board and
Management have received requests from homeowners for a 4-way stop sign to be installed at the
above referenced comer. A number of children from Lakeside Elementary either walk or ride their
bikes to school along Village Parkway and need to cross the street at Gibbs Crossing. If you are
headed south on Village Parkway there is a curve in the road before you get to the comer that
makes it difficult to see.
The Lakes of Coppell Owners Association would appreciate any help that you might give us on this
