working with the contractor on this and future phases of construction to minimize
disruptions to traffic flow. However, please be advised that the construction will impact
traffic and there may be short periods of re-reuting of traffic around the work area.
Additional information on work phasing will be included in future updates. If necessary,
any road closures will be advertised via separate mailings or flyers.
As mentioned above, tree removal will be one of the first activities associated with t~s
project. Representatives from the City and the contractor have been to the site and
marked certain trees in the City right-of-way with orange paint. Unfortunately, all trees
marked with orange paint are located in areas of future paving or heavy construction and
therefore have been identified for removal.
To date, there have been no adjustments to the construction schedule. Adjustments to the
schedule will be conveyed in future updates. Problems with the construction project or
specific construction activities can be directed to Gary Pryor, Superintendent with Ed
