Re: Denton Creek
Dear Ray:
Please consider this letter as confirmation of our conversation earlier this week regarding the
large trees that have fallen into Denton Creek.
You will inspect the portion of the channel in order to determine if any actions are warranted to
protect property or prevent flooding. After your inspection, you will report the conditions to the
floodplain administer, Mr. Ken Griffen, P.E., for any appropriate actions that may be required.
On behalf of the Owners Association and especially the residents along the creek, we would like
to thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Lakes of Coppell Owners Association
