RE: Letter from Para Slay concerning Villages I & H in the Lakes of Coppeil
Date: August 11, 1993
I have read the referenced letter. It basically centers around whether or not Villages I & H in
the Lakes of Coppell can legally separate from the Lakes of Coppell Homeowners Association.
While there may be some legal or planning issues involved, there does not appear to be any
engineering issues involved. Therefore, I have no comment to offer on this situation.
