At the August 10, 1999 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with this letter is your copy of the contract signed by the Mayor. The construction
inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. He can be reached at 972/304-3679 to
arrange a preconstruction meeting.
Enclosed for your submittal is a Contractor' s Right of Entry Agreement for you to complete and
submit to DART before construction can begin.
