Gentlemen:
Submitted here are the results of testing and observation of
construction materials at the referenced project. This report
addresses activities for the period of June 27 through 29, 1991.
During the period of June 27 through 29, 1991, a total of 15 field
density tests were taken on the imported fill material. Test
results are shown on Plate 1. Materials were found to be in
compliance with project specifications. Satisfactory retests of
previous failures are noted in upper case letters.
Additional reports will be submitted as the work progresses.
