Dear Mr. Griffin:
Enclosed please find the plans and detailed cost for the subject location. The
project design provides for new mast mounted flashing lights and gate arms with
constant warning control circuits in a new cabin. The total estimated cost to install
the active warning devices at this location ;139,420.01.
Please be advised that we will not order materials or schedule a crew until we have
received notice that the City has ap the plans and estimate. Once approval is
received, it will take approximately 9~ 120 days before construction can begin. After
you have received final approval, ~se notify us immediately.
