We would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Grand Homes, builders of fine luxury
homes. We would also like to say that we are proud to be a part of the Lakes of Coppell,
master-planned development,
As you lmow, in any development which is under construction, it is inevitable that thoro
will be dust and.dirt from development and construction activities. It is truly our obj~,.'tive
to be a good neighbor and to keep this unavoidable condition to a minimum. Therefore~ if
we should make a mess, please be assured that our objective is to always clean up after
ourselves and ~o cause thc least inconvenien~ possible.
