Lakes of Coppell (Part A & B )
Dear Mr. Spiker:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been
confirmed by representatives of Ginn, Inc., M.U.D. %1, and
the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance
with the City of Coppell standard requirements, with the
exception of those improvements discussed in the April 10,
1986 meeting.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have
been received from all contractors. Maturity on the bonds
will be one year from the date of this letter.
