SUBJECT: Acceptance Of Lakes Of Coppell Addition
For your information, there was a meeting last night with Triland,
the Mayor, City Manager and myself. The topic discussed was the
acceptance of the improvements in the Lakes Of Coppell Addition.
The conclusion of this meeting was that all participating parties
mutually agreed to the acceptance of these improvements, with
specific emphasis being placed on the following items.
(1) Triland agreed to complete the cul-de-sac at the
end of Warren Drive as quickly as possible.
(2) Triland agreed to rework the temporary asphalt
paving radius at the northwest corner of Sandy
Lake Road and MacArthur Blvd. The ultimate
radius will be approximately 30 feet.
(3) The city agreed that the drainage problem that
now exists at the northwest corner of Sandy Lake
Road and MacArthur Blvd. was probably created by
the George Town Development and that it was prob-
ably unfair to hold up the acceptance of the Lakes
Of Coppell until this drainage problem is addressed
and resolved.
This is our request to you to execute the necessary letter of
acceptance for this project.
