Lakes of Coppell - Paving
Dear Randy:
Please be advised as of this date that the paving project, Lakes of
Coppell, Parts A & B, as contracted between Jensen Construction Company and
Triland Investment Group, has been completed and is ready to be accepted onto
maintenance.
As discussed, the utilities on Part A have been completed accepted onto
maintenance by the M.U.D. District engineers, Pierce-Lunsford Associates, Inc.
JaHo, Incorporated, the contractor for Part B utilities, has not completed the
final adjustment of hydrants, valves, and manholes as required and outlined in
my letter of December 26, 1985, to Pierce-Lunsford Associates.
I look forward to your immediate response with your letter of acceptance
of the paving of Parts A & B onto Maintenance.
