Dear Randy:
As per our meeting on Friday, December ~, 1985, this will confirm our
agreement that all items presented on the list of deficiencies of the work
performed by Jensen Construction Company have been corrected by same. This
excludes those items on said list that pertain to the storm sewer drainage
beyond the headwall on MacArthur Boulevard and DeForest Road.
I understand you are now in the position to issue your letter of
acceptance regarding maintenance for Part A of the paving contract plus the
underground utilities contract at the Lakes of Coppell. Upon receipt of
your letter we can release the retainage held from these contractors.
I look forward to receiving your immediate response.
