Dear Randy:
It is our belief that all items have been satisfactorily completed
regarding the paving contract (Part A) at the Lakes of Coppell development
in Coppell, Texas.
Therefore, on behalf of Triland Investment Group and Jensen
Construction Company, I am requesting a final inspection of the referenced
project on Tuesday, October 22, 1985 at a time compatable with your
schedule, preferably around 10:00 AM.
Please contact Don Hopkins at our office to confirm a Tuesday final
inspection or to reschedule the inspection for another day next week. It is
our strong desire to receive final acceptance for all paving under Part A of
Jensen's contract and for all utilities under Mario Sinacola and Sons, Inc.
contract from the City of Coppell no later than the end of next week
(October 25, 1985).
Your timely response and assistance in this matter is greatly
appreciated.
