Dear Wayne:
Enclosed please find two (2) copies of an Access Exhibit depicting the old
access alignment to the Warren/Burns tracts and the proposed routing or access
alignment to the Warren/Burns tracts in conjunction with the above referenced
project. Also included on the Access Exhibit are proposed traffic control
devices and their locations, which are suggested for use until all Lakes of
Coppell roadways under Part A are accepted for final completion by the City of
Coppell.
It is anticipated that the rerouting to the Warren/Burns tracts will begin on
or after September 25, 1985, provided the Lakes of Coppell roadways (Part A)
are accepted for substantial completion by the City of Coppell. In any event,
the rerouting will commence twenty-four hours following the issuance of a
substantial completion letter by the City of Coppell. As you know, a walk-
through for Part A is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., September 24, 1985.
