SWEENEY, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RE: Case # 85-10-01/Lakes of Coppell (Lakeside Village) LOCATION: The three tracts are located north of Sandy Lake Road and west of MacArthur Boulevard REQUEST Requesting approval of the following rezoning: 0.1772 acres of "C" Commercial to "TH-l" Townhouse 2.1837 acres of "TH-l" Townhouse to "C" Commercial 0.4702 acres of "SF-12" Single Family to "C" Commercial APPLICANT: Triland Investment Group represented by Tim House GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing this rezoning in order to increase the depth of the site to accomodate a planned 105,300 sq. ft. shopping center. STAFF EVALUATION: The zoning request is in accordance with the overall Master' Plan of the Lakes of Coppell Development and represents a minor zoning adjustment. We would recommend the engineers for the project prepare an impact analysis for the area based on the proposed zoning, with regard to traffic and utilities.
