REQUEST: Requesting final plat approval of the right-of-waydedications of MacArthur Boulevard, Village Parkway, Parkway Boulevard, Deforest Road, Samuel Boule- vard, Allen Road and Warren Drive in the Lakes of Coppell APPLICANT: Triland Investment Group represented by Lyn Kadleck GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Final plat for the proposed thoroughfare system of one of the City's major developments. The total area of right-of-way to be platted would be 28.35 acres. STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval subject to the attached comments from the City Engineer. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The P & Z Commission recommended approval (4-0) of this final plat contingent upon the following stipulations: 1. The R.O.W. of MacArthur Boulevard remain 110 feet. 2. The R.O.W. of Parkway Boulevard be increased to 65 feet. 3. The free right turn lane be installed on MacArthur Boulevard and Sandy Lake Road, 4.
