Dear Mr. Barbarisi:
The City of Coppell has reported that weather conditions have prevented the outer ring of the tank pad from
drying. Visual inspections by the City indicate wet conditions on the outer ring of the tank between the water
stop and the sponge filler pad outside the water stop. The City requests that you respond to the observed
condition and how the waterstop will perform.
