Dear: Mr. Barbarisi
After inspection of the Ladder Gate Climb Preventative Shield and lock on the Village Parkway Existing
Ground Storage Reservoir, the City has indicated that the lock should be relocated. The installed lock is
located approximately four feet from the bottom of the eight foot shield and requires the Saf-T-Climb devices
to be removed in order for the shield to be unlocked. The location of the lock will need to be installed one to
two feet from the bottom of the shield. The same guideline shall be used for the installation of the lock on the
preventative shield for the ground storage reservoir under construction by Natgun.
Please make the necessary modifications at your earliest convenience.
