Our company, Crawford Electric Supply Co., Inc., has fumished materials to Able Service
Co. pertaining to the job located at 6.0 M G Village Parkway and known as Ground
Storage Reservoir No. 2. It is our understanding that you are the Owner of the described
Real Estate. If not, please advise as soon as possible.
The principal amount of the account with Able Service Co. is $4,939.90 and is unpaid.
If this account remains unpaid, you will be personally liable and your property subjected to
a lien unless the account is otherwise paid or settled.
The Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien Affidavit will be filed with the County Clerk's
office and will follow under separate cover.
Also enclosed you will find a copy of the statement of account.
The nature of materials furnished was electrical supplies including, but not limited to, wire,
panels, and fixtures.
Demand for payment is hereby made pursuant to S53.083 of the Property Code of the
State of Texas. Our claim or part thereof, against Able Service Co. is past due according
to its terms.
The purpose of this letter is to comply with the Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien
Statutes.
