RE: Forest Cove Estates, Phase I
Dear Mr. Martin:
We have completed the public improvements within the subject project and are anxious to proceed with
house construction. We will not be able to complete the required screening wall, sidewalk, irrigation
system and landscaping along Sandy Lake road until the water line within the road right-of-way is
completed. We understand that work should be finished in late summer.
Our plans also call for construction of brick and wrought iron fencing along our Coppeli Road frontage
and construction of a sidewalk along the east side of Coppell Road from Halifax Drive to Forest Ridge
Drive. Due to the small amount of wall to be constructed along Coppell Road compared to the quanti~:
along Sandy Lake, we plan to construct both segments at the same time. Sidewalk construction typically
is delayed until the wall foundations are completed; however, we realize the CiD' is concerned that the
Halifax to Forest Ridge section of sidewalk be completed prior to beginning of the next school year. We
therefore commit to complete that section of walk no later than the start of school this year. The balance
of the walk, as well as all required screening walls and landscaping along Coppell road and Sandy Lake
Road, will be commenced following completion of the Sandy Lake water line.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Gina E. Hosea
Controller
