Please find enclosed two copies of the fill study prepared by Ron Mornson and a check m the amount of
$200 payable to FEMA for their review fee. You already have copies of Mr. Morrison's H&H study and
CDC documents, as well as a letter quantifying the valley storage compensation.
Please review these documents m-house to determine their conformance with Coppell's Drainage
OrdinanCe. If you need any additional information or have any questions, please call me or Ron Mornson.
When you are firfished, please contact Ron Morrison to let him know the status. I am working on the mass
grading plan, and will submit it in a week or two.
